Learn to surf
Can I learn to surf as a complete beginner?
Do you need to know how to swim to go surfing?
How long does it take to learn to surf?

You bring the motivation, and I’ll take care of everything else: finding the right sandbank, providing suitable equipment, and giving you personalized advice. On top of that, the very small group format ensures full attention and maximum safety.
Surf lessons
What does a surf lesson in Capbreton look like?
A lesson usually starts with an explanation on the beach: safety, the day’s conditions, and advice tailored to your level.
Then we head into the water to practice. I stay close to observe, correct, and help you improve your positioning.
The goal is to spend as much time surfing as possible while understanding what you’re doing.
How many people are in a surf lesson?
Lessons are held in very small groups of a maximum of 4 people.
This allows me to closely follow each surfer, identify what’s holding them back, and give personalized advice. Less time waiting, more time in the water.
Are the lessons suitable for beginners?
Yes, lessons are accessible to all levels.
Whether you’re a beginner or already comfortable, I adapt the session with exercises and conditions suited to your progression.
Can you take a surf lesson alone?
Yes, of course.
You can come alone, as a couple, or with friends. Groups are small, so everyone easily finds their place.
How long does a surf lesson last?
The duration varies depending on conditions, but a session generally lasts around 1.5 to 2 hours.
This allows enough time to understand, practice, and enjoy the session without rushing.
